1. Handle Clients' Communication and Calendar - I had the experience handling incoming and outgoing communications for and in behalf of my clients using email and telephone.
As their assistant, I was tasked to initiate, follow up or reply to general queries for which I had been provided set guide answers and training.
I also did heavy phone work, calling up clients to set appointments, send invites and confirm meetings using my VoIP phone.
In relation thereto,
have managed business and personal calendars of my previous clients.

Data Management and Customer Service Work for an online food company - I have done phone and customer support work and data entry for more than 2 years for a US-based bulk order food company.
The job basically required me to answer orders that are emailed in, and to fill in work on phoned-in orders when the main US-based staff is not available to do it.
It was a fulltime 8-hour work from Monday to Sunday performed during US daytime hours.
I am also experienced in 24/7 customer support jobs, having previously worked also as a Virtual Assistant for an eBay Powerseller.

Organizing and Managing a virtual team of providers - I am experienced in handling a team of virtual workers.
For 2 months from April to May 2007 I worked as an Operations Manager for a US-based multimedia provider-company that maintains a team of website , designers, programmers and writers.
We used the Basecamp for our operations.

HTML/Website Content Management - In 2005, I started out as a freelance content writer and previously provided my website content services. My personal interest in blogs and websites inspired me to teach myself how to set up blogs using Wordpress, and sites based on Joomla.
With these acquired skills, I have successfully reached out and worked with a number of clients who needed content management services.

Email Marketing - I have set up and maintained several email marketing campaigns using different email marketing applications such as Mailchimp and Aweber for a number of clients: an American professional recruiter based in Japan,
a real estate investor, a single dating advice expert, a cottage rental business owner and many others.
I have done all the work from creating and setting up the opt-in webforms, creating setting up
squeeze pages, optin message and the auto-responders, weekly newsletters, importing lists, and other activities related to email marketing.
