I have also took up a few units in professional education for post graduate studies.I have over 10 years experience in the BPO Industry and I am well versed in the areas of Customer Service, Technical Support and Training and Development field. I also worked as Team Leader and Senior Team leader on various support specializing in customer support through chat, e-mail and voice.Last employment was in Malaysia and I was as a Senior Service Desk Analyst in a telecom company; proving support relating to office applications and business managed software. I have completed and passed my ITIL v3 foundation certification.
