I am currently working as Virtual Operations Manager for a US-based management consulting firm since 2013. I am working with 3 other Filipinos in the team remotely.

In 2003, I started working as a call center agent in one of the biggest BPO companies in the Philippines. I was promoted as account supervisor in 2005. And in 2008, I started handling seasonal accounts and was being loaned to different departments to support start up accounts as Manager. I was in BPO for 10 years.
