I am Upgrade to see actual info, I have almost 6 years of experience when it comes to Amazon. I was a former FBA Seller Support, Amazon Account Manager, and Product launch & SEO lead. To give you an insight into my skills and experience, please see below:

-In charge of sending weekly and monthly reports about the account and listing updates to make sure everything is in good standing.
- Responsible for inventory monitoring and sending inventory proposals to make sure we will have enough stocks.
- Onboarding new clients and reviewing the contract.
- Lead a small team of Account Coordinators.
- Handling communications (calls&emails)
- Providing account updates, and marketing strategies on the account, leading discussions, and addressing client concerns.
- Sharing PPC recommendations to the PPC team which needs to be focused on the target and goal
- Training new members of the team.
- Part of the Training Team for the Keyword Research, Rankings, and Indexing.
- Providing keywords to the writing team to make sure that each keyword is relevant and has a high search volume.
* In charge of collaborating with the client about their ideal designs and product information for better infographics.
- Responsible for setting the expectations of the client when it comes to the timeline of each set goal.
- Responsible for SEO using helium 10, DataDive, and Keepa. Doing copy writing, listing optimizations, keyword research & ranking, competitor analysis.
