Profile Description

Being an Information Technology graduate, I've learned many skills that over the past 2 years of my work experience, have been useful and helpful for me to finish tasks at hand.
As a Technical Support representative in a Health Care industry company, I've done various cases of troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults. As part of the job, I also perform installation and configuration of software and hardware applications, maintaining and monitoring the application functionalism, as well as providing client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium.
On top of that, I am also knowledgeable with PDF to .epub conversion on Ebooks, photoshop editing, and have worked on other tools such as Adobe Illustrator, In Design, Flash After Effects, Microsoft Office and Epub tools. I am also trained in developing sites using HTML, PHP, CSS and Visual Basic with database tools like MySQL, MS Access, etc.
With my efficient skills and knowledge in hardware and software, management and organizational abilities, and thoroughness in data communications I could be helpful in conducting work easily and sufficiently.
