Profile Description

As an Account Specialist my key role is to close or resolve non-working portfolios or accounts.
These are the long default housing/mortgage loans in the Philippines. My 5 years and counting experience in this job gained me an expertise in profiling client (collecting reliable and necessary information), negotiating (offering best settlement amount and option), drafting of proposal (preparation of written proposal for the offered or requested settlement amount and justifications of requested waivers and discount if applicable), assisting client's concerns via phone, internet or upfront, drafting of formal correspondences in response to client's or government agencies' letters regarding housing loans, preparing of reports using our in house system or Microsoft Excel (with 3 daily reports, 5 monthly reports exclusive of surprise adhocs or reports), and drafting of release documents (data entry).
