I used to work in Sutherland Global Services as a call center agent for one year. That helped me develop my English skills specifically in speaking and phone handling. That also made me a great sales agent and a technical support therefore I am quite technical savvy. I know how to use a couple of CRM tools and I am also inclined with Microsoft programs. I have experienced in Craigslist posting, some SEO, telephone handling, telesales, Real Estate, appointment setting and
other admin tasks. I can do multi-tasking and I am very flexible. I have no problem working in different time zones. I have my own initiative and I am willing to learn new things that will be very helpful for the job. I am a PR person and a fast learner. I want a long term stable job that will help me grow and where I can help a company to be successful.
