On my work i was constantly awarded for attaining 100% quality score on sales skills and survey .This catapulted me to being an Assistant Team leader taking charge of team meeting schedules, monitoring team attendance, coaching and preparing month-end log in/log out reports and productivity reports.
I have been in the customer service industry for nearly 3 years and this has made me an expert at communicating with different types of people with different cultural backgrounds.
I have good organization skills. I can work well under pressure and I can certainly adapt to changes. I am goal-oriented and self-motivated. I’m able to work independently with little or no supervision. My ability to multi task and maintain excellent customer service has always been a credit to me.
