• Maintains an appropriate relationship with customers and ensure that the project results are comprehensible to management by creating a user manual for local customers, and video-how- to for customers outside the country.
• Provides SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) Documentation for larger and long-term projects.
• Tracks and reports tasks/issues by maintaining project action item lists, design issue lists, due dates, and other project milestone information, monitoring and updating project status and schedules.
