Profile Description

I have worked for about 4 years in the Call Center Industry. When I started working with eTelecare Global Services (now called Stream Global Solutions), I was doing technical support. Later I transitioned to a position, which still involves basic technical support, but really more of customer service. When I transferred to ePerformax, for their eBay campaign, I was assisting customers in all areas of support. I take phone calls, then I would do chat support, and I even reply to emails from customers. It basically taught me how to multi-task and made me a well-rounded person in my workplace. Then I got an offer from Stream Global Solutions to be rehired, and I ended up going back as a Customer Service Representative for Sirius Satellite Radio. With this job position, I had to do upselling on every "resolved" call. I need to sell, at least, 1 radio a day. But not only do I hit my targets, I even go beyond them sometimes. This gave me a genuine interest to pursue a real sales job. So I applied for a sales position in a locally based, international Publishing Company, Xlibris. The experience was a learning process and it honed me to become a better salesperson. I was consistent in hitting my monthly targets until I left the company.
I decided to resign and go back to my hometown in Davao City, to primarily take care of some family and personal matters. Now I'm still in Davao City and I've finally decided to look for a job, wherein I can just stay at home. I can do either fulltime or part time, as long as the employment is lasting, and the wage is compensating. My salary requirements are negotiable based upon the position, the job responsibilities, and the overall total compensation package, including benefits. I'm the kind of person who could work independently, with less supervision. I have good oral and written communication skills. I consider myself an internet-savvy person, and I'm very familiar with social networking sites. I'm available to work as soon as possible.
