I have excellent typing skills and I am skilled in computer software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) as well as different e-commerce platforms such as BigCommerce, Shopify, Zendesk, Magento, and Front App. I am also good when it comes to internet research as well as managing and assisting all incoming requests from my client. Being able to work in a BPO company helps me to have effective communication, oral and written skills. It also helps me to be diplomatic and professional when dealing with challenging clients. I handled an American-based account so I worked on a graveyard shift. I am flexible enough to attend whatever shift schedule will be assigned to me. I have a friendly but strong personality. I like to get my work done and will ensure that this happens all the time. I do not like to leave work undone.
