I've been an encoder for more than 15 years and became a regular employee in the top 3 data conversion companies in the Philippines. We use a certain program or software application, learn specifications required for a certain work project and type the need data in the computer. In my 15 years in encoding, I have given quality work as well as quantity work for our clients. I'm hard-working and have a keen eye for details. I'm skilled in MS word but I can also use software coming from my employer. I can easily follow instructions and can submit work on time. I want to have a stable encoding job at home where I can work part-time or full-time (8hrs or less per day). I want to be an asset for my prospective employer.
