I worked as a call center agent a couple of years ago.
Ive learned to be patient in listening to our customer's concerns.
I used to be a top seller agent during that time andim very much to be one.
Before i decided to work as a call center agent, i used to be an accounting staff in a plywood manufacturing plant in butuan city.
Im was being tasked to make payroll for over 800 workers, I am the one who's incharge of shipping our finished plywood products to be exported to singapore, china,malaysia and different parts of the country .
I can do multi tasking, i can work on ms word,excel,powerpoint.
