Profile Description

I am proud to say that I am a multitasker as this is important when you are a mother of two. This is also a trait that comes in handy for all the jobs that I have taken so far. I have worked with the different Microsoft tools and I am familiar with them. I can do content writing although I have no work experience for that. I have an exceptional grasp of the english language and I can speak and write it well. During my time as a call center agent I worked as a technical support assistant wherein I assist in internet connections problems. I also did sales for infomercials
airing across the US. Another work experience was when I worked as a fraud specialist for a credit card company, analyzing customer spending habits to determine whether certain purchases are legitimate or not.
