I was a Bachelor in Integrated Arts major in Broadcast Arts graduate and I was trained to write and speak English proficiently.
I had been in the Customer service industry for 3-4 years so I understand the value of providing great experience and satisfaction to the customers. My 10 -12 years
of experience as a Music Coordinator/admin (volunteer) at church helped me to become a team player and hone my people management skills as well.
I had 2 1/2 years of experience working with online application tools /softwares and have developed my multitasking
( Data encoding, researching ,handling phone calls and using multiple online applications) and communication skills when I worked as an online English Language Consultant in Times Core International
and Risk Operations Analyst in JP Morgan Chase.I'm also knowledgeable in using Microsoft Word and have basic knowledge on Excel ,Outlook and Google Docs. I'm an internet savvy, well updated on social media and a quick learner too.I can also handle email tasks and file/records maintenance if necessary.
Research is an acquired skill and given the resources available online, I think I have better than good chances of taking on some additional skills should it be required of me.
