Profile Description

I have considerable experience in customer service and technical support. I have handled email (Online) support for all most 10 years with my previous work in the political arena in our country. I did some formulation on the fastest email response application on MS Office as my base program. I was able to create a full hard copy of the master list of political constituents with the important details such as Organization, Dates of Affiliation, Towns or districts of jurisdiction, Total number of voters per barangay, etc. I was promoted by the organization as Chief EDP for political affairs because of my outstanding performance during the recent electoral polls.
I am also a freelance computer technician performing a variety of services for clients such as reformatting/reinstalling OS (windows), software installation and configuration, hardware diagnosis &upgrade;, internet connectivity troubleshooting, and virus removal among others.
I have also taken seminars and orientations on Business Management and Marketing Systems.
I am also an Experienced English Teacher where i have thought English Language in an Elementary School in the Province of Leyte. Did some English Language Teachings with student Koreans.
Currently, i am now a Freelance Computer Applications Tutor.
