Profile Description

I've worked with BPO industries which honed my multi-tasking skill (e.g. talking to a customer while doing documentations on their account, chatting for support, retrieving data related to the customer, etc..all of these in one setting) while still maintaining good quality service. New softwares are inevitable which won't be an issue for me since all things are learnable and I'm quite a fast learner. I have basic knowledge in Microsoft applications (e.g. Word, Excel), data entry, email, computer and internet connection troubleshooting. I do internet researching, surfing and social networking. I can speak and write in English aside from my native language with exceptional communication and analytical skills. I'm able to work in an environment with limited time and resources. I am most willing to be taught or trained in an unfamiliar setting.
