Profile Description
I have worked in the call center industry for 6 years. 2 years as an agent and 4 years as a call center trainer. I conduct Customer Service and Computer Skills training. Currently, I am an I.T. Instructor in one of the schools here in Iloilo City. The subjects I handle are Basic Computer Operations, Operating System, Systems Analysis and Design, Discreet Mathematics, Object Oriented Programming and Database. I also do some part-time job as an IELTS Speaking Simulation Interviewer for a year already. I have a basic knowledge in HTML, Java and Photoshop. I believe that I effectively communicate technical information to non-technical learners, improvising curricula and style to meet diverse student needs.
