I have been to many
BPO companies before, I have huge experience in Customer Service, Appointment
Setting and Administrative tasks. My most recent experience has
been handling incoming calls from restaurant owners (UBER Restaurant Support).
I had 21 customer service representative as a Team Lead my job was to make sure
that these agents pass all metrics CSAT AHT and QA". Also, my job includes
