Profile Description

I have more than 7 years of solid office experience; call center experience to be specific. I used to be an online support specialist for an Australian mobile company. The job required strong written and oral communication skills as some inquiries have to be addressed over the phone. I got promoted from support to Quality Analyst and for three years, part of my job was to proof-read emails then grade them. Once done with grading, I send weekly reports to higher management. This is my first time to look for an online job but I'm not completely unfamiliar with it, thanks to friends who are now enjoying the perks of working from home. My former job trained me to work harder when unsupervised and deliver more than what's expected - things that I believe are important to make a business grow.
