I used to work in Convergys Philippines for Comcast account and billing line of business. Being a billing representative, my support includes but not exclusive to bill detail explanation, but also to numerous issues which oftentimes not part of billing. For instance, adding/removing premium channels to customers cable service, resetting passwords and creating account login for online payment. I was transferred to other product support for comcast such as internet, cable and sales. We cover many different issues and problems which I will no longer mention here. Before convergys, I worked as technical support for HP. We install software, troubleshoot printer problems and send replacement if required. I worked in IBM too as technical support. Before that, I helped my brother in law in his Advertising shop. I did logo design for T-shirt. Printed various type of designs for T-shirts, posters and banners. I do logo design using corel draw and photoshop and I also do photo editing in photoshop in my spare time. I know how to use Maya and 3D studiomax for still images and some logo animation. I can also do audio editing using Cooledit or Adobe Audition. Thus, if any of those mentioned above will fit to any job described on this site, I will be willing to apply for part time only since I am currently employed. Thank you.
