I experienced doing BPOs and other Real Estate task
for the past 10 years. I worked for several brokers in Ohio, Washington DC, Florida, North Carolina, Maryland, Arizona, Pennsylvania and New York.
My main tasks were to Pull comparable and BPO filling, pull out Initial Documents (i.e MLS sheet and Tax record), to do weekly property inspection, to do listing agreement and price reduction, to do flyers and Blast in Constant Contact, to do Cash offers in Zillow,taza, and eBroker house.
I worked as a Client Care Specialist in a Real Estate Company in North Carolina. I am handling CRM (Add Lead Info, Create and Manage Groups, Set- Up Listing Alerts and Drip Campaign) in Market Leader, Real Geeks and Top Producer.Lastly, I worked as an Admin Assistant for REO Bpo Company in OHIO. I am handling clients email, Smartsheet (Assigning Bpo orders to other VA), Downloading and Uploading of files like (Contracts and E&O) to different bank portals.
