I had been working in BPO industry formany years now andI spent 2 years working in a Call center Company and 3 years as home based Customer Service Upgrade to see actual info relation to my skills I have a vast of expierence asTelemarketer, Appointment Setter, Data entry Specialist (MAINLY in Ms word, Ms excel) , Email Handling, Chat Support in Zendesk ,Live Chatanic and Kayako Platform, Inbound Customer Service and Outbound Hard selling account, Virtual Assistant for a Real Estate, Lead Generator, Quality Assurance Specialist.I handled various Outbound Support as Appointment Setter for A college Locator account where we offer Future education to those who graduated college that would like to proceed Masters degree and Doctoral degree.
