Profile Description

I have been with the BPO company for 9 years now and the exposure led me to become more knowledgeable of American and Australian culture. This also helped me enhance and develop
my English communication skills as this is a number one requirement of the industry, not to mention the versatility, discipline and openness of mind the job requires. I joined a Financial Institution as a collections agent initially and progressed as a Quality specialist, worked in that company for 4 years. I have also worked as a customer care agent in a Telecommunications company in Australia.
The industry has given me the chance to have another career after being a full time mom of 6 years to my three children and I will always be grateful and appreciative of what I have become.
Now I would like to venture in to another avenue, have the chance again to show my potentials while working at the comfort of my home. Such experience and opportunity, if given the chance will definitely be another phase in my career that I will openly embrace and nurture in the following years to come.
