I use Fathom to record meetings and generate summaries with action items, and tools like Notion AI, ClickUp, and Asana to organize tasks and documentation more efficiently. For automation, I use Zapier to streamline repetitive workflows.

On the outreach and operations side, I work with ---------- and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation, and use CRM tools like ---------- and Go High Level for pipeline tracking and follow-ups. I also use Calendly and Motion for scheduling and time management, and Canva for creating simple marketing materials and content.

I even built a simple landing page to track KPIs instead of relying on spreadsheets, which made reporting much clearer and easier to manage.

I’m comfortable in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly. Even when there’s no clear process, I figure things out and make sure the job gets done. I’ve also supported outreach efforts, basic marketing tasks, and content creation.
