Client Account Manager
• Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution and compliance on client deliverables.
• Operate as the lead point of contact for New and Existing client.
Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships.
• Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the General Manager or IT Manager of any problems that may arise.
• Owns the set up Implementation for new clients and provides continuous support for existing clients.
• Works closely with the Technical and Sales Team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of Set-Up Implementation status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities for new clients.
• Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business involving the Sales support.
• Help develop increase sales and enhance business by generating LEADS.
Initializing calls for POMVIC as requirement to provide quotes to prospect leads.
• Communicate the clients goals and represent the clients interest to the team.
• Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectation.
• Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the clients.
• Provides a weekly report on New Client Status
• Familiarity with current tools such as Zendesk, Zoho CRM, Fulfilment Manger and proficiency in required software
Team Manager (BPO)
I have Lead, coach and motivate a team of Customer Service Agents (CSA)
I ensure that all performance targets are achieved and that individuals are developed so that
they continually improve and fulfill their potential
I ensure that the team, provides first class customer service, and delivers a positive customer experience. I disseminate information received from client contact point to the team members as soon as possible and ensures that the team members are fully briefed on the information received.
I updates the team with their performance through coaching and Team Huddles
I Support the Account in achieving its overall service levels
I takes supervisor call (kodus/customer complaint)
I assist in hiring new representative and conduct account interview
I attends client calibration to ensure that we are calibrated in terms of standards
and processes.
Quality Assurance Coordinator (BPO)
As a QA I monitor, give feedback and coach agents on both technical and customer side of the call.
I provides immediate feedback to Team Leads on agent’s quality performance.
I make sure to follow through low performing agents and ensures that they are coached to improve performance
I participate in calibration conducted by client and coordinate with other other centers as well.
I initiate programs and activities that leads to performance improvement of the account.
I make sure that all processes documented and practiced are bound within the standards of the company.
I monitor adherence of team assigned to the following quality requirements of the client and the company.
I conduct quality orientation and mock calls for new hires
Technical Support Engineer / Customer Service (BPO)
I am responsible for providing technical support as well as quality customer service to our clients.
I ensure that all communication with customer is within the guidelines of the client
I handle customers product usage questions
I ensure that cases and callbacks are logged in accordance with the Data Quality guidelines
I make sure to leave a lasting positive experience to the customer as I resolve their concerns.
Assistant Manager (retail store)
I am responsible for the achievement of reports consolidation aimed at assessing and evaluating store’s procedures and personnel performance
I am in-charge of the shops over all inventory, merchandise management, product displays and optimum store visual merchandising
I provide supervision and assistance to any related sales function and customer service functions.
I promote goodwill and establish rapport with staff and clients, assist Sales and Marketing manager and the whole sales group in reaching company target.
