Profile Description

Working as custometor service representative is always been my passion. I started working as sales agent for travel account in one of the top call centers in the philippines and worked for 2 years. One of my responsibilities was to to provide clear picture to the customer what there travel experience would be. I booked their airline tickets, made hotel reservations and car rentals. I provide best option there is that will suit to customer's need and preferences. I asked probing question in order to understand what they have in mind and analyzed the idea to come up suggestions that will make their travel experience even better. When I was moved to customer service line of buisness for the same company, I managed to master my expertise in travel industry as I learned deeply how airline industry works, hotel and car rentals processes. I made contacts with Airlines, hotels and car rentals most of the time to solicit best options to provide satisfaction to our customers in terms of their travel.
