These are some of the skills I managed to well polish since I started working as a Virtual Assistant. I have gathered some experiences working virtually as a Quality Analyst, General Admin Assistant and Social Media/Community Manager with diverse brands operating both in the local and international market.
Through these opportunities I was able to hone the skills needed to perform the tasks expected of my position.
Administrative Assistance

5. Manage new campaigns that could help promote the brand.
6. Monitor, track and analyze reports on social media performance using tools such as FB Insights and Google Analytics .
7. Analyze and monitor competitor activity.
Community Management and Customer Support
1. Facilitate and manage social media community by responding to messages, posts and discussions.
2. Management of the day-to-day handling of all social media channels.
3. Follow up with clients in regards to their service experience.
Lead Generation
1. Strategize, launch and execute digital marketing campaigns through organic or paid advertising (FB ads and Google Ads).
2. Generate reports of campaigns using tools such as FB insights, Google Ads and Analytics.
