-Maintain and reconcile financial records using QuickBooks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. -Process and record financial transactions accurately and promptly. -Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. -Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns. -Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and collections. -Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting. -Reconcile bank and credit card statements. Collaborate with the financial team to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures. -Keep abreast of changes in accounting regulations and standards. -Perform other related duties as assigned.
