Profile Description
I am currently working as a Technical Support Specialist for almost 3 years for an Australian Internet Service Provider.Prior to my current job I worked with one of the biggest Call Center in the Philippines for almost 5 years as a Senior Technician/Product Specialist. I also worked as a Teacher for preschool and grade-school.
To sum it up my Employment history is more on Teaching and Customer Relationship.
Educating and helping people is not job for me but a very rewarding profession.
It feels good that people is grateful that you helped and at same they learned a thing or two.
