Over the last 6 years, I have developed a wide range of skills troubleshooting home networking devices such as storage units, routers/gateways, switches, VOIP phones, homeplug devices, access points/repeaters and media players by assisting customers over the phone or thru email. My core competency lies in computer hardware and networking technology for an efficient SOHO networked environment, and I am seeking opportunities to assist you on all your technical concerns.
