I started working last 2005 in a call center industry in 3 different companies. I worked as a customer service representative (US Airline Account) at first and few months after I was assigned to handle escalated calls. Transferred to another company and handled the same task as a customer service representative for AT&T Consumer Account, this time with upselling and finally transferred to the last company I worked which is DELL, a Computer Company. Same as the first and 2nd job, I also worked as a customer service representative but I enjoyed more on my
last job as it has follow ups or continues communication with the customers/clients via email and phone calls.
I can work under time pressure, can also handle irate customers, and I have a very good customer service skills. I can also do admin works with proper training. I also have background for transcription as it was one of the task given to me when I was on "on-the-job training" during my college days under TV and News Paper here in the Philippines. Researching a certain topic was also one of my tasks then.
