I've worked with different Call Centers before and Homebase work as well. My first Call Center experienced was, as a Customer Service Representative with Teleflora (Seasonal) and was later hired by an Outbound company named Callbox Inc. I stayed with the company for 2 years and it is there, I was able to develop my Telemarketing skills. I can do hard selling as well, since my main account before is with Dish Network, I can also do Appointment Setting and Lead Generation both with B2B (business-business) or B2C (business-consumer). With my Homebase, I've worked with Fat Loss Factor, I was one of the Appointment Setter, as well as doing the refunds and addressing the customer's inquiry or complaints. I was one of the calling agent for Millionaires Academy Network and at the same time a part time VA with one of the Academy's sponsor. Currently, I'm working as a part-time English tutor for Korean students, I've worked with this school for 5 years now but I'm willing to give up my current job for an online/homebase work.
I am a very persistent, hardworking person. I have long patience dealing with difficult task given and can work with less supervision as long as the instructions are clearly stated. I'm willing to work full time where I can help people building their business and be part of their success.
