I have worked in a call center and I do both phone and email support for four months. I have good communication skills and strong customer service background. I know how to deal with irate customers and how to pacify them, as long as it is within the scope of the company's policies. I am computer literate and knows basic excel and word program. I always have my to do list to keep me guided with my work. I am willing to be trained with any programs or software needed to get the work done.
