Profile Description

I'm a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering and have more than four years of customer service and technical support experience with different call centers. Those prestigious companies that I worked with were Teletech Holdings Philippines, Convergys Philippines Corp., and Panasiatic Solutions. I've been assigned with different tasks such as troubleshooting the Internet, computers, emails, cellphones, softwares, network hardwares etc. I've also assisted customers with their bills and help them in processing their payments and account information. My typing speed is also excellent with proper software knowledge. I am capable of multitasking and can handle many administrative responsibilities. I can handle wide varieties of work because I've already reached the supervisory level twice on
2 of those companies that I worked with.
This is what I can offer your company and prove my efficiency just as I proved in my previous work places. I can communicate well with clients. My time management skills and the capability to do a number of works make me an ideal candidate for the post.
