Profile Description

I had worked in Dubai UAE for more than five years as a Retail Sales Supervisor promoted as an Assistant Buyer and my latest job was as Specialty Leasing Executive in one of the best malls in UAE. Overall my work experience is more than 8 years in Retail and Admin including Philippines.
My main responsibility as a Leasing Executive was to bring new tenants,negotiate deals, attend promotional events, ,renewals, correspondence, manage administration report such as preparation of lease agreement, lease review, site survey, documentation, implementation of merchandising, coordination with accounts for payments and other related matters,preparation of renewals and offer letters, surveys competitors and look for possible spaces in the mall to lease, meet the budget and attend to clients, regular meetings with the Top Management, sales reports and many more.
I am very competent, meticulous, active, a team player and I was able to managed a team as well. I had worked well with different nationalities such as Indians, Emirati, Romanian, South Africans British and many more,
I am computer literate , a quick learner,
honest and can work under pressure.
