Costumer-focused call center agent. As a Costumer omer Service Representative, I handle customer’s issues and queries. I am good at multi-tasking as well from addressing costumer's concerns, taking down notes, tool navigation, down to resolving costumer's technical concerns using all available resources and makes sure that a good costumer satisfaction service was provided. I never let go of my costumers without giving them the correct resolution and explaining them as to why it’s the best resolution. As a person who has a positive outlook in life, I see to it that the costumer I’m talking with has a smile on his/her face before ending the call.Also I work as Costumer Associate from United Healthcare for almost 2 years now and It's always been my pleasure working in the company, Calling 300 leads each day and conducting the assessment to each member under United healthcare is a great opportunity, We just need to put our self to our costumer shoe for us to understand way better their concerns and Issues.
