Profile Description
I have worked for numbers of call centers and supported different challenging accounts where quick thinking and analysis, excellent communication skills, selling skills, empathy, satisfactory computer skills and knowledgeable of the US culture is a necessity. I have also worked for foreign people where English is not their native language. That is where my teaching skills comes in. I am proud to say that with those experiences, it makes me more confident in my outlook in life and dealing with other people and I would love to use these skills to make my work efficient.
