I have been making and receiving phone calls for the past 6
years. I was able to use CRM's from the previous company I worked with. Learned and practiced how to create, edit, convert, etc., documents and spreadsheets in Google Drive.
I was promoted from Phone Assistant to Account manager after

of the account Management team.
