I've been an Escalation Support for a BPO company for 6 years and has been Handling Tier 2 concerns for an Outsourcing Cable, Internet and Phone Company in the United States.
English Proficient, Good in MS Word and Excel Application although i am far from being excellent. I am Productive, a Critical thinker , Responsible and Flexible for any Job offers. I am eager to learn additional knowledge needed for me to be competent in whatever the client/company asks me to do. I am determined to accomplish an assigned task and is open to new ideas. Being said all this, I am looking for a part-time job which in my own little ways can help a company grow towards global competency and success.
I have also worked with Home-based client as a customer service representative for over 2 years handling Short Term Vacation rentals and Manage Calendars and Pricing.
