I've been an accounting-in-charge for over 10 years...The whole accounting cycle was been my daily routine...I was employed in a small enterprise so I was the only one assigned in the Accounting department.
I do all recording of all business transactions to the system. Making reports to the principal.
I prepares payroll and act as paymaster at the same time. I prepare disbursement vouchers for the following: SSS, PHIC, Pag-ibig, BIR, Daily Expenses. I monitor the daily cash flows and do daily bank reconciliation. I prepare monthly sales & collections summary reports. I prepare monthly incentives for our medical representatives. I prepares BIR reports, file and pay for it online.
I am assigned in the monitoring of the Receivables and Payables account so from time to time I have to call our customers to follow-up for their account and at the same time get their orders.
I know how to used MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Publisher and recently I am interested in Photoshop so I was practicing how to use it.
I am well experience when it comes to accounting but I am also a very flexible person and I am a fast learner so I think if given a task I am capable because I have motivation and I do great in every detail that I work for.
I want to be a part of your business working towards the realization of its goals, thereby imparting my knowledge and skills.
