I'm a Nursing graduate. I have been working in the BPO industry for 3 years now. I have worked as a billing specialist/sales representative for 1 year and 8 months, recently transferred as a technical support representative for a year now. Currently, my aim is to build a full-time career here in EasyOutsource, and try new job ventures. I have over a year's experience working in a call center and New Membership accounts that includes phone, chat and email correspondence.
