Profile Description

I started as Finance Analyst in an airline company handling accounts payable and accruals. I am responsible in providing accounts payable aging reports to ensure that our company is paying our supplier on a timely manner to avoid any penalties. I am also responsible on checking the accrued expenses and ensure that all accrued expense that has corresponding actual invoice are reversed to ensure accuracy of expenses report. I stayed in this company for 3 years.
Currently I am stiill working in a multinational Consulting, Outsoucing and Technology Service company . I've been here for more than 5 years now and still counting. I'm also a Finance person in this company. I spent my first 3 years as a corporate Finance person providing a Finance report on the month to month corporate spending. This is very imporatant to determine that the company is not spending beyond what is forecasted. I also prepare a quick narrative to highlight high variances for the management to have a quick glance on what is causing the variance which help them in their decision making.
After that, I move to Project Management and Operation (PMO) team to develop my leadership and people management skills. I am the Finance "Subject Matter Expect" and usually the go to person if the group have any finance related query like employee cost rate, how to present a forecasted cost to the client, cost analysis. etc. . I can quickly come up with a a template for their use. I spent my first year as Internal finance Support, then move to support a project. I am proud
to say that I helped in the stabilization and has helped streamline the process which our client has recognized.
My other profieciency includes MS Excel ( I got an MS Excel 2007 certification last November 2012). has knowlegge in Oracle, and SAP system.
