I used to work as an inbound call center agent and I was assigned to various accounts such as mortgage(ICT), directory assistance(KGB), credit card(CITIBANK) and cable provider(DIRECTV). I've learned a lot of skills during my tenure, some of the skills I've gained and honed are the following:

B) Accuracy and attention to detail to be efficient in answering customer's inquiry
C) The ability to deal with difficult people like customers who are irate onset of the call
D) To be flexible since I will be working on shifts.
E) Be open to learn new skills and have the desire to improve them.
