legal translation, case analysis, client relations. appointment setting, arranging meetings and maintaining calendars of HR and other related tasks.

*Operations/ Property Manager
-Maintained residential property rentals by advertising and filling
vacancies, supervised a team of 6 employees. Tasks include: overseeing
attainment of financial objectives by collecting rents, paying bills,
expenditure scheduling, account/ bookkeeping, CRM customer support and
complaint resolution, inspection of premises and policy enforcement, social
media and website management.

 *Virtual Assistant- Performed various tasks- administrative, marketing, accounting/bookkeeping,
and social media management as a virtual sales assistant for an Online
Bookstore based in Davao City. Duties and Responsibilities: CRM, customer
support, managing leads through social media, inventory management, and email correspondence.

 *Academic Writer/Editor and Tutor/Consultant
- Provided paper consultancy services to students studying Associate and
Bachelors programs. Tasks included: assignment writing, proofreading and
plagiarism checking, referencing, and thesis consultation.
 
*Restaurant Manager
-Aided in the start-up of Take-out fast food restaurant affiliated with food

- Oversaw all the functions of a budget friendly backpacker hostel,

policies and procedures, marketing, social media management, accounting/bookkeeping, coordinating hostel rosters and staff shifts, inventory control, customer service and client relation management.

I am proficient in English and Filipino; both oral and written. For more than ten years I have been studying Chinese so I have some background in both Mandarin and Fukien. With regards to my interpersonal skills, I have been working as a manager in hospitality industry and can work well with people.
