My first job as a customer service associate in one of the leading BPOs here in the Philippines taught me my first selling skills. I was trained to be a very efficient telemarketer, discussing options and signing-up U.S.-based customers for high speed internet. Months and years later, I find myself working for different accounts - AT&T, AOL, Earthlink, Vonage and Virgin Mobile, to name a few.
Apart from selling, I have also embraced good customer service and excel in what I think matters most - customer satisfaction. I always make it a point to actively listen and address customer concerns so I may perfect what every quality call should be.

I feel blessed to have very good interpersonal skills, as I easily get along well with my team. I enjoy working with different people. It's fun to discover and learn new things. I just keep doing what I love and love what I do.
