Medical Virtual Assistant since 2020, highly organized and detail-oriented in handling administrative tasks such as calendar management, patient scheduling, answering calls, and answering patient concerns via text, chat, and email.
Experienced in EMRs such as ---------- rono and eClinical Works. Familiar with using softphones (RingCentral and Vonage) as well as patient messaging apps (Spruce Health).
For data entry and reports management, I have used Google Suite and Microsoft Office apps.
Experienced in handling multiple full-time providers in a Telepsychiatry Practice ( MD, NP, LMHC, and LCSW) simultaneously making sure each appointment for a day is all set, down to the last detail. Ensured every patient and provider I handled are both happy and content with the output that I give.
