Profile Description

I worked as: Document Controller at Atlantic Gulf & Pacific Co. of Manila, under the Training and Development Department. I worked mainly with documents concerning Training and different processes of each departments which are eseential for ISO Certification; Aside from being the Document Controller, I also monitor the KRA/KPI of the department, assist trainings, and prepare external trainingg essentials like accommodation, training fee, training kit, etc; I also worked with IBM Global Process Servicess as Customer Relation Specialist under the Operations Department. I worked mainly with GM car dealers about order placement, tracking and pricing of car parts. I deal with them either by phone or email; I also worked with Asian Psychological Servicess & Assessment Corporation as Part Time Examiner/Proctor of College Students who took different psychological tests such as Work Behavior Test, Mental Ability Test & Trait Survey. It is a 2 consecutive saturday duty at Lyceum of the Philippines University Batangas every January. I started last January 22 & 29, 2012 and recently, January 19 & 26, 2013.
