I graduated Bachelor of Arts Major in Mass Communication way back 2007 and ever since, I had different jobs which involve writing and speaking in English, that's what I am very good at. I've worked with Expedia for a year as a customer service representative who handle calls from people all around the world in order to manage their flight and hotel reservation. Then I worked with Hilton Cebu Resort & Spa as a Public Relations Assistant for another year wherein I wrote articles to Magazine and Newspaper companies to promote publicity about the resort I was working for. With my job at Hilton most often I was tasked to manage document files, news clippings that include travel and hospitality then provide presentation to our General Manager about what's new, what other competitors are doing, and what we can possibly do to outwit them.
Then I worked with AT&T as a technical support representative which I am also good at especially troubleshooting DSL connection both cable and wifi. When I mastered that job it became boring, all I need to know are the colors of the lights on your modem/router and I can tell you where the problem is.
Currently I worked for Perceptive Software after being acquired by Lexmark International. It is a Enterprise Content Management company with products such as ImageNow, Brainware, Nolij, ISYS, and Acuo. These softwares are being used by multi-billion companies which includes healthcare, universities, research, and even government agencies worldwide. But wait I am not one of those geek guys, I am one of those frontliner guys who answer your call with a smile, identify the problem and connect you to the right software engineer who handles such issue.
There you go, I have provided you not just a summary of my skills but also how and where I acquired those skills. Now it's your turn to measure my skills if it fits to fulfill the job you have for me.
