For the past two years, I have been working as a Customer Service Specialist. My job as a CSR includes: email support, transferring information on spreadsheet and reporting to the Immediate Supervisor.
I was also appointed as a POC (Point of Contact) that requires me to do simple admin tasks such as: sending hourly Service Level Report, daily Headcount, report system issues and latency to the involved department as well as assisting new hires in answering their queries regarding the process.
Prior to this employment, I have also worked briefly as a Medical Sales Executive and an English Tutor for Korean Students.
I can confidently say that I am fluent in English; both written and oral. I am also proficient in various Microsoft Office Programs such as MS Word, MS Excel and Powerpoint. I know, with more training I will be more skilled and I am open to learning new things.
